Member Of The Month (November)

The weeks seem to be going by quicker and quicker these days. It's hard to believe that we are already in December!

We have certainly been keeping busy, helping our clients get stronger, fitter and just more confident in their own abilities.

As we do each month, we are writing today to announce our most recent Member Of The Month (MOTM) award. This time, for the month of November.

This was probably the hardest month to decide so far. We had a few new clients sign up who have hit the ground running and a few of our older clients see some tremendous results.

But, at the end of the day--there can only be one winner.

We are delighted to announce the winner for November.

It's Cheyne Moollan!

Fulla Strength and Conditioning

Cheyne contacted us a few months ago, with the aim of strengthening his core and also improving his flexibility/mobility.

He has been working with Head coach Jesse twice per week (at 5:30AM), in conjunction to completing a few runs on his own.

His hard work and discipline to listen and follow the program is one of the main reasons he has been achieving his results--and why we elected him for the MOTM.

Cheyne did a short interview with us to give you an insight into his experience and progress with Fulla Strength and Conditioning so far. Check it out below;

Q1- WHEN DID YOU FIRST START TRAINING WITH FULLA SC (MONTH/YEAR)?

A- October 2016

Q2- WHAT KEEPS BRINGING YOU BACK?

A- The quality of training & Jesse being a great bloke. I would consider him a friend now.

Q3- WHAT RESULTS HAVE YOU ACHIEVED SO FAR?

A- I have achieved things like learning to connect my mind to my body (activate muscles I never could). Greatly improved my technique and overall progress in strength and mobility.

Q4- WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 3 MONTHS (IN TERMS OF RESULTS)?

A- I see myself achieving my goals of having a stronger core group, good balance and stability & having my nutrition on a higher standard.

Q5- WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT THE SERVICES PROVIDED AT FULLA SC?

A- I enjoy that Jesse takes no short-cuts. Good technique is a must! I've gotten better results by lifting less weight, but with better technique.

So less weight with good technique gets you more than just trying to lift heavy.

Fremantle personal Training

We want to give acknowledgement and reward Cheyne for his continued efforts with a few prizes. Those being;

  • 1x FREE Personal Training Session
  • 1x FullaSC Training Towel
  • 5x FullaSC Bumper Stickers

That just about wraps up another MOTM presentation for us. Once again, great stuff Cheyne and keep up the great work moving forwards mate!

Until next time,

Keep training hard!

Jesse
