Member Of The Month (December)

We are here. 2017 has arrived!

Last year was an absolutely massive year for us at Fulla Strength and Conditioning.

We haven't really had too much time to sit back and reflect on our achievements just yet, but we did want to acknowledge one of our members for their efforts through the month of December.

2016 saw us recognise 12 different clients for their tremendous efforts in the pursuit of improving their health, body composition and performance.

December would have seen some people slow down and start to lose motivation. But not this woman!

She came to us with the goals of increasing her fitness, strength and also dropping some weight.

And she is definitely on the right track to achieving that. 

The member of the month for December is -- Michelle Kordas

Michelle has only been working with us for a few weeks, but has already stated her intention to get after her goals.

She attended our recent group get-together, is super active in our Private Facebook Community and also puts her words into action.

I'd like you to read that again.

She puts her words into action!!

Not too many people can say they do that on a consistent basis.

That in itself is a MASSIVE trademark of success and getting results.

We managed to do a short interview with Michelle to elaborate on her journey thus far. You can check that out below;


Q1- WHEN DID YOU FIRST START TRAINING WITH FULLA SC (MONTH/YEAR)?

A- Late November, early December 2016

Q2- WHAT KEEPS BRINGING YOU BACK?

A- I guess it's the little things I've noticed. The training is individual. It's challenging, but it's also the after-the-gym scene I love. The Facebook group. The newsletter. It's nice to see it's like a little community, instead of just the PT training.

Q3- WHAT RESULTS HAVE YOU ACHIEVED SO FAR?

A- Results have been up and down. But so far I have lost 12cms and I've noticed my fitness go up.

Q4- WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 3 MONTHS (IN TERMS OF RESULTS)?

A- Hoping to drop more weight and get quicker (running).

Q5- WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT THE SERVICES PROVIDED AT FULLA SC?

A- The fact that Jesse puts all the responsibility back on me. Giving me the power to only get better after the program is over.


Reflecting on your wins is vital to see the progress from where you started and what successes you have achieved.

This is why we continue to acknowledge and recognise the efforts of our members.

This month, once again, we want to congratulate Michelle for her hard work.

She will be rewarded for those efforts with a few prizes. Those being;

So there you have it. Our last MOTM winner for 2016.

We know this is just the beginning for her and will continue going from strength to strength.
