attention to detail
The coaching style we use with every single client is a hands-on approach, which is built upon and priortises technique. At all times.
We do not like, accept or teach average technique or form. Everything we do has a purpose, is completed with precision and the correct technique.
This is so you are able to get the absolute best results possible.
Better technique = better results.
If you are brand new to lifting weights and have never attempted it before, we don’t expect you to understand or “get” everything right the first time and that’s 100% O.K. — in fact, it’s quite normal.
If you’ve got a few months (or even years) worth of experience, we’re sure that we can give you some valuable advice and professional recommendations to improve upon what you have already learned.
All we can ask is that you give us the best you’ve got right now. If you can do that, and with our assistance, we know you’ll get some pretty amazing results!
Our role and what our coaching will do, is to help you get better, improve your technique over time and build your confidence when it comes to lifting weights.
The “care” factor
The clients which we help get the best results possible, and the ones who we enjoy working with the most, are the people who truly care about getting results. That’s because we CARE about getting results, too.
And, you don’t have to (nor do we expect you to) know everything right now.
That’s our job — to help educate you on the most effective exercises and teach you how to do each of them safely and with excellent technique. Because that will get you better results and a better body, in less time.
If you are someone who truly wants to get great results, then we think we would be a great fit to work together.
Progression and results
The main reason I train, play sport at a competitive level and work on my body is to get better.
To become stronger, fitter and have more mental resilience.
I love the benefits that regular strength training provides and I’m sure that you will, too.
The only way you can get better, grow and positively impact your body is by forcing it to do things it isn’t used to, or something more challenging. This is how it adapts and improves.
Doing the same exercise routine, lifting the exact weights you did last time or running the same route at the same speed over and over again won’t produce the results you want.
That’s why it’s so vital you have an individualised program and exercise routine which is planned out and contains built-in progressions - so you get better each and every week.
