  • You go and do your planned training session.

  • You get to bed at a reasonable hour.

Other days, it's a massive grind.

  • You wake up and don't feel like doing a damn thing.

  • You can’t be bothered going to the gym.

  • You just want to be a sloth and do nothing.

We've all been there. Me included!

It's what you choose to do on these days which determines which direction you go.
