What you can expect from us



What is the Foundations OF Fitness (FOF) program?

This program consists of 3 private, hands-on coaching sessions with Jesse, to help you discover how to most effectively transform your body and take you from where you are right now, to your end goal as efficiently as possible.

Over the course of the program you will learn that changing your body shape, improving muscle definition and building strength doesn’t come from doing loads of cardio, or a hundred different exercises. But rather, it comes from doing the fundamentals better than ever before.

By sticking to the fundamentals and developing them to a high standard, you will build a much stronger foundation and create a solid base first - which will ensure that the results you achieve stand the test of time.

Our program removes all the fluff and time-wasting exercises and replaces them with the most effective, strength-building and ‘bang for your buck’ movements.

Jesse will also be able to identify the key areas of your training and nutrition which have been ineffective and holding you back from achieving the results you want, and then clearly outline what you will need to do so you can overcome them and succeed.


  • To help you understand which exercises are the best and provide you the most ‘bang for your buck’, giving you the best results in the least amount of time.

  • To teach and show you how to perform each exercise correctly and with the best technique possible, so you feel confident being able to do them and don’t hurt yourself in the process.

  • To explain why each exercise is in your program, the benefits it will give you and how it will accelerate your progress so you get better results, and also communicate to you why we are using a specific technique.

  • To show you that it isn’t about doing more exercises, being fancy or doing ‘advanced’ moves, but rather to learn and master the fundamentals and creating a rock-solid foundation - which also happen to produce the best results.
