This is our “try-us-out program” which we designed specifically for people who are ready to make a change to their life and improve their body, but don’t know where to start.

During this program, you will discover what we do, how we do it and why we do it.

We do things differently to most other gyms, fitness/group classes and personal trainers — and it’s for a good reason (it works).


Our F.O.F program consists of three, 1-to-1, 60-minute coaching sessions where we will break down strength training and help you discover just how simple training can (and should) be.

You will learn the 4 fundamental movement patterns and some of the most important exercises you should be doing.

This will arm you with the knowledge of which exercises are the best and which ones are merely a waste of time.

Rather than having to try and learn a hundred different different exercises, only to forget most of them, you’ll learn just what you need to - the most effective movements, which produce the best results.
