In this 60-minute coaching session, you get to choose 1-2 exercises you want to improve, and I will dissect them. I'll help you fine-tune the movement errors and flaws in your current technique. So you can get more out of it — meaning more gains in less time, and a lower risk of injury.

Whatever the movement, I will break it down, pull it apart, and then put it back together stronger than before.

Whether it be a Push, Pull, Hinge, or Squat — by the end of the session, it will be much better. Cleaner, tighter, and well-polished.
