I have been a personal trainer for close to 15 years now, starting all the way back in 2009.

And I specialise in making individuals STRONG AF!

As your Coach, I will help you identify why you haven’t reached your strength and performance goals. And why you aren't where you want to be with your body or mind...yet.

That's why I assess your current standard of fitness and strength levels at the beginning.

How Does It All Work?

The way I do this is by putting you through a movement evaluation and a series of fundamental exercises.

This tells me what you already know, it shows me your skill level for each exercise and highlights your starting point.

It also demonstrates your overall joint mobility. So I can clearly see the full picture — top to bottom, left to right, front to back — and have an accurate look at how you move.

This pinpoints any underperforming (AKA weak) muscle groups. And it illustrates where your body compensates. These compensation patterns negatively impact performance and increase your risk of injury. This is where you 'cheat' or steal movement from the wrong joints or muscles. All of which, you want to avoid.

This identifies the main areas for improvement and strengthening. From there, I will develop a personalised strength training program for you. With a selection of only the best exercises. To help you achieve your goals quickly, safely, and efficiently.

These key exercises are critical to your short-term success and long-term development.
