The STRONG AF Program


How would you like to be…

"Strong enough physically and mentally to do whatever the fuck you want, whenever you want or need".

What this means is you can do EXACTLY what you want and get the most out of your life with zero physical restrictions.

There would be nothing holding you back from living, performing, and operating at your absolute best.

For me personally, this means being the best father and husband possible. Running my personal training business to the best of my ability to help my students get the best results. And looking and feeling strong and powerful. So I can move freely, kill it in my sport, and challenge myself physically and mentally whenever I choose to.

 
 

For YOU, this might mean dominating your chosen sport, becoming the best on your team, and winning that league title or championship. Completing your first 5km run, signing up for a half (or full) marathon, or completing a gruelling Obstacle Course Race (OCR).

It could involve rising up the ranks in your profession and climbing the corporate ladder at your place of work faster. Because you are physically fitter, mentally sharper, more confident in yourself, and a strong leader.

Or getting up and down off the ground easily with no issues or nagging joint pain. So you can enjoy your favourite hobbies, get active outdoors more often, and live with maximum energy and enthusiasm.

You can only do these things when you are physically fit and strong.

Without your body getting injured, falling apart or breaking down on you. It stops being the limiting factor from you getting after it and doing all the things you enjoy.

Your body is no longer the reason why you can’t do something, or try new and exciting things. Meaning, you perform to the best of your ability day in and day out. Without any fears over your physical ability or anxiety over your physique.

This means maximising every last ounce of your body’s potential.

…but, there’s a catch.


The (Real) Reason You Haven’t Achieved Your Goals…Yet

Your current mindset, level of awareness, and perception put a limit on what you think is possible.

This is your RPE, better known as your Rate of Perceived Exertion.

This is a number you give something to describe its level of difficulty or effort (from 0 = easiest thing in the world to 10 = hardest thing you’ve ever done).

Let me ask you;

  • What’s the most physically demanding thing you’ve ever done?

  • How hard have you pushed your body recently?

  • How high is your pain threshold?

The facts are these.

You can’t — and won't — push yourself to your true maximum, to the levels required on your own. If you did, you’d be where you want to be and would have achieved your goals already.

But you haven’t, have you?

Because this means going far beyond your comfort level, where most people live.

Getting to this level and beyond requires some direct guidance and mentoring. From someone who lives the STRONG AF lifestyle, and walks this path.

You need the help of an experienced Coach.

 
 

This is a person you trust and can turn to, to keep you moving when things become challenging. To have you continue when the going gets tough, and you realise it’s harder than you initially thought it would be.

Someone who challenges you to do more when you want to stop. An individual who gives you a plan and holds you accountable to it, long after you’ve started. And especially when you’ve lost a little (or a lot of) 'motivation'.

A trusted advisor, who provides tough love when you need it, and wise words at the most pivotal moments.

When you start overanalysing every little detail. When you begin second-guessing things because you aren’t thinking logically. And questioning yourself and your very own goals.

You need someone to lift you beyond the point of comfort. To show you how much further you can go and how much more capable you are.

That's where the magic is, and it's where the most growth takes place!

Growth isn’t found in comfort zones — you must leave it.

Here’s the deal: When you are stronger, everything in life becomes easier. And I do mean everything.

This is specific to what you consider your highest priorities and most important values. Because that’s what you spend the most time and effort on.

So, what’s most important to YOU? What’s the ‘one thing’ you want to improve in your life?

  • Your Personal Life

These are the three main areas that showcase what you place as your highest priorities. I can you help improve these areas of your life with proper physical training and personal coaching.

But know this, I don’t work with anybody and everybody, and there’s a reason for it.


The Scrutinisation Process

I only work with a handful of students at a time and am very selective with the individuals who join my program.

WHY?

Because most people who sign up for a “fitness program” completely overlook the mental side of the equation. They think it’s 100% physical and 0% mental.

Generally, it’s an afterthought and something they say they'll get around to ‘later’.

Later means never.

You think it’s just the one hour of training a few times a week that will get you where you want to go.

Negative.

That’s why most people rarely — if ever — perform at their peak. It’s why they aren’t successful and don’t reach their goals.

Your mind drives your body, and you are the one in total control of that area. At least, you should be!

If you want different results than you’ve ever experienced before, you must act differently.

Lifting the weights, and the physical training is the easy part. Once you know what the hell you’re doing (and I will teach you what that is).

It’s getting your mind right that’s the hard part. Shifting your mindset from always taking the easy route — to doing whatever your goal demands of you.

A completely different story now, isn’t it?

For this reason, I have a strict scrutinization process. A screening process, if you will.

To weed out the weak, those who are “interested but not committed” to their goals, and the unmotivated.

Or for those who can’t/won’t read more than a few lines of text that could potentially change their lives, and bodies!
