Member Of The Month (January)

It's hard to believe, but we are already 1/12 of the way through 2017! 

It seems like just yesterday that we were on holidays and enjoying the festive period. How time flies!

At the beginning of 2016, we created the tradition of awarding a Member Of The Month (MOTM) at Fulla Strength and Conditioning.

This is something we feel very proud of doing as it acknowledges the ongoing efforts and changes that our clients have been making. Which brings us to the month of January.

This month we decided that there was a special lady who has been keeping her head down and doing the work, who we thought really stood out!

MOTM for January is, Dani Glazier!

Dani initially reached out to us a few months ago, after one of her close friends and work colleagues mentioned that she had been training with us.

So, we spoke to Dani over the phone, explained what style of training we use and how this could help her in the quest for developing upper body strength, improving her core strength and also creating more muscle tone.

Since then, she has been training with us once p/week, in addition to her spin classes (which she LOOOOVES) and her 'homework' that we prescribe her do outside of her scheduled sessions.

Dani has been very consistent with her training, never skips sessions, pays full attention when she's with us and puts in the hard work.

And it's not just the training side of things she's paying attention to. She has been making some small, but important nutritional adjustments which have been paying dividends, too!

We really enjoy the outlook Dani has on fitness, how she has made it part of her life and continues to be proactive in reaching her goals.

That's the ultimate attitude for anyone wanting to get great results.

We asked Dani a few questions regarding her journey and experience since she started working with us. You can check that out below;


Q1- WHEN DID YOU FIRST START TRAINING WITH FULLA SC (MONTH/YEAR)?

A- I started training with Fulla SC in September 2016.

Q2- WHAT KEEPS BRINGING YOU BACK?

A- My training sessions with Fulla SC have actually become my fitness highlight each week. Each session is challenging, but realistic for my level of strength and abilities.

Q3- WHAT RESULTS HAVE YOU ACHIEVED SO FAR?

A- The physical results that I have achieved so far are some great changes to my glutes, legs and better definition in my upper arms. Equally important, the results have been a positive shift in my body confidence.

Q4- WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 3 MONTHS (IN TERMS OF RESULTS)?

A- Within the next few months, I can see even better glute results and improved core strength.

Q5- WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT THE SERVICES PROVIDED AT FULLA SC?

A- Absolutely everything! From the very first phone call until now, I could not have imagined a better fitness support than Coach Jesse at Fulla SC.

From the level of knowledge and professionalism,  amazing encouragement, information provided through various online platforms and extremely personalised service, I would recommend Fulla SC to absolutely anyone wanting to work on their fitness goals.

I am so grateful that I was recommended Fulla SC by a work colleague and I haven’t looked back since!


Taking the first step --of getting started-- was the catalyst for Dani making some changes to her body and seeing the importance of strength training.

We'd like to take this opportunity to say that Dani was almost the recipient of this award a few month's ago, but just got pipped by another one of our members. This just shows that persistence pays off!

Well done on months of continued hard work Dani! They didn't go unnoticed!

There you have it. Our very first MOTM award for 2017, done and dusted.
